How To Use

Suggested Usage:

-For a clean eyeliner makeup look, apply the pencil along the upper lash line from the inner to outer corner, pulling the product out slightly to create a sharp wing.

-For a sultry, smoky effect, smudge the gel eyeliner immediately after application and then apply a little of the product to the waterline.
